- 2 cups plain low fat yogurt
- 1 English cucumber, peeled, seeded chopped fine or coarsely grated
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 cucharadita de comino molido
- pimienta negro y sal al gusto
Instrucciones
- Coloque el yogur en un plato y batir hasta que esté suave
- Agregar el pepino, la menta y el cilantro y mezclar bien.
- Decorar con el comino y la pimienta negro
